All goods must be inspected and approved by the buyer upon delivery, with any defects reported in writing with pictures to the company within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt of the goods.
If, following notification by the customer in accordance with the procedure, the goods are found to be defective in material or workmanship and the customer has complied with the stated terms and conditions, the company will take responsibility for fixing or replacing the goods (at the company’s discretion).
